Find your files and artifacts in the Library
What the Library holds
Find your saved uploads, generated files and artifacts in one list. The tabs across the top are All, Images, Videos, Documents, Artifacts, Uploads and Generated files. Search it by name, and switch between grid and list layout.
Working with an item
Select a file to preview it. The viewer carries an Ask about this file box: type a question there and it opens a new chat with the file attached and your question already written. From the item's own menu you can:
- Add to chat or Add to AGI Work, which stages it for the next session.
- Add it to a project's knowledge. Relevant extracted passages can be used when answering in that project.
- Create a share link for an artifact.
For a supported artifact, open its preview and choose Export as PDF or Export as Word, when those options are offered.
A file too large to preview in place says so and offers a download instead.
Deleting and restoring
Deleting a saved media file moves it to Recently deleted. Deleted media files can be restored there for 30 days. After that they are eligible for permanent purge. A legal hold delays removal, and a failed storage deletion can leave a file waiting for a later attempt.
Delete permanently asks for confirmation. AGI waits for any required storage deletion request before removing the Library record. If storage deletion fails, the record remains available for another attempt.
Projects in the Library
The Library also lists your projects as folders. Opening one goes to the project; creating one takes you to the projects page.
If something is missing
"Nothing here matches that name. Try a shorter search." reports no matches for the current search. Clear the search and the filter before concluding a file is gone. Temporary-chat media is excluded from the Library by default. An available Save to Library action lets you explicitly keep an item.
