Export a copy of your data
Self-service export
In Settings, Privacy, choose Export data to request an account data export. After the request is accepted, the page shows a preparation notice. A request that fails shows an error.
What else you can ask for
The privacy requests page is the formal rights path: review your consent record, or ask AGI to access, correct or erase your data. Settings links to it directly so you do not have to find it from a policy page.
Files and generated media
In Settings, Privacy, choose Manage beside Uploaded files to open the Library, where you can review or delete individual items. Uploads and generated media are covered by the same rights path as conversations.
