| How many providers do you support? | Ten cloud providers wired in (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Qwen, Moonshot, Zhipu, plus Custom OpenAI-compatible BYO). Two local options (Ollama, LM Studio). |
| What does BYOK mean here? | You bring your own API key. We encrypt it on your device with AES-256-GCM. Your usage is billed by the provider, not us. Zero markup. |
| Can I run AGI fully offline? | Yes. Local mode on the desktop app uses Ollama or LM Studio. No API keys, no quotas, no internet. Free forever. |
| How does cross-provider continuity work? | When you switch model mid-conversation, the full history (system prompt, tool calls, intermediate reasoning) travels as token-level events — not summaries. Same chat surface, different brain. |
| What does Hobby cost? | Hobby managed cloud is waitlisted. Local and BYOK are the MVP paths until metering, fraud controls, refunds, deletion, and provider terms are proven. |
| Do you train on my data? | AGI does not use customer conversation content to train AGI-owned models. Website users can try AGI managed Auto Economy with a small free cap. Local and BYOK are supported on desktop and developer surfaces. Higher hosted cloud is invite-only. |
| What happens to my master password? | It is unrecoverable by design — we do not have it. If you forget it, your encrypted keys cannot be decrypted. Back it up. |
| Is there an Enterprise plan? | Yes. SSO, SCIM, audit log export, custom retention, regional residency on request, four-hour SLA. Contact sales. |
| Where do you host data? | United States by default. EU residency and custom regions are on the Enterprise roadmap. |
