What a status means
Website packs install only from reviewed embedded manifests. CLI and Desktop packs still require a separately published, integrity-pinned artifact. Desktop and CLI are coming soon. Until one of those paths exists, the entry remains declared and no control pretends to install it.

A pack marked Available on Web installs into your account from the plugins section of Settings, and its skills join the assistant on your next message. A pack that has published an integrity-pinned artifact prints its AGI CLI install command on its own page. The CLI is coming soon. A pack still marked declared prints none, because there is nothing published to install yet.
