01 — Privacy policy
How AGI Mobile handles your data.
AGI Automation LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) operates AGI Mobile. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is processed, and your rights as a user. Where applicable, this policy references compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), the EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Core fact. Mobile has Local and invite-only Cloud modes.
In Local mode, the AI model runs on your device or a local model route and is not silently routed to AGI Cloud. Mobile v1 does not accept provider keys; BYOK belongs to Desktop and developer surfaces. Cloud mode is invite-gated and visibly labeled.

AGI-owned models are not trained on customer conversations.
AGI Automation LLC does not use your AGI Mobile conversation content to train AGI-owned models. BYOK requests are governed by the selected provider account and terms. We do not sell your conversation content.
DPDP Act 2023 (India)
In Local mode, conversation inference runs on-device and is not processed by AGI Automation LLC for inference. BYOK and Cloud modes may involve provider or AGI processing according to the user-selected mode. Account data is processed with your consent for authentication, invite, and support workflows. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@agiworkforce.com.
GDPR (European Union / European Economic Area)
Local-mode conversation inference is on-device. BYOK and Cloud modes may involve the selected provider or AGI acting under the relevant controller/processor relationship and terms. Account data processed in connection with invite and authentication workflows falls under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@agiworkforce.com. An EU representative per Art. 27 GDPR will be appointed before the 2026-07-12 launch date; contact details will be published at agiworkforce.com/legal/eu-representative.
EU AI Act disclosures
AGI Mobile is a general-purpose AI assistant. In compliance with Art. 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the app discloses clearly within the conversation interface that responses are AI-generated. Conversation exports include a machine-readable marker and a human-readable disclosure block per Art. 50(2). AGI Mobile does not engage in practices prohibited under Art. 5, including subliminal manipulation, biometric categorisation, or social scoring.
Data retention
Conversation data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or delete it from within the app. Crash report data is retained by Sentry for 90 days. Analytics data is retained by PostHog for 12 months. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
Children
AGI Mobile is rated 4+ on the App Store and Teen on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (US), under 16 (EU), or under 18 (India). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact privacy@agiworkforce.com.

These terms are a legal agreement between you and AGI Automation LLC (a Delaware limited liability company). “App” means AGI Mobile on iOS and Android. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. Effective date: 2026-07-12.
