- 2026-09-27Adds the signed-in refund request; a refund, once per account, of an unused plan payment or of unspent top-up credits asked for within 7 days; the 14-day withdrawal in the EU, EEA and UK, prorated by the credits used when you asked at checkout for immediate access; and the hold on your plan and credits while a payment dispute is open. Corrects how plan upgrades are billed: an upgrade starts a new billing period on the day you upgrade. This version applied until the version dated 2026-10-08 replaced it on this site.
